The House

Well, our house has been on the market for 3 1/2 months. We are getting a little frustrated. Today we are going to start doing some painting and touch up work to the walls. With two little boys it is amazing the amount of smudges that accumulate! We are also thinking of replacing the carpet. Big undertaking, but it may sell our house! I planted St. Joseph in the yard two weeks ago, but he doesn't seem to be getting the job done!! Come on, St. Joe!!

Tod's Birthday!

We celebrated Tod's 36th birthday this week!! The picture is of Jacob making Tod's favorite... brownies!! My sister Ellen, and my parents were in town so it was an extra special day for us. Happy Birthday!!

Busy...Busy...Busy

January has been such a busy month for us. With recovering from the holidays, school, playgroups, work, basketball, soccer, and karate going on, I haven't had much time to devote to this blog. This week was the last week for Jacob's basketball clinic and karate lessons. I told him that he didn't have either sport anymore and he said (with much excitement!) "YES!" I guess we will not have an NBA player or a blackbelt on our hands!! I think we will just focus on family time in Feburary!
