Well, our house has been on the market for 3 1/2 months. We are getting a little frustrated. Today we are going to start doing some painting and touch up work to the walls. With two little boys it is amazing the amount of smudges that accumulate! We are also thinking of replacing the carpet. Big undertaking, but it may sell our house! I planted St. Joseph in the yard two weeks ago, but he doesn't seem to be getting the job done!! Come on, St. Joe!!

Well...according to HGTV's "Sell This House", replacing the carpet is probably a wise thing, but yeah, a big undertaking.
Glad to hear you located a St. Joe there in the south. ;-)
He'll do his job, I know it!
Hi Kat!
We bought our house the first day it was on the market. One day while gardening in the front yard, I raked up a big hunk of...erm...SOMETHING. I thought it might have been a bone some previous owner's dog had buried, but as I looked a little closer, I could see some color amidst the clogs of dirt. Rinsed it off with the garden hose. St. Joseph!
I cleaned him up and put him in the china cabinet, where he still stands until the day comes when he has to do his job again.
