What a great weekend we had camping with good friends, the O'Reilly family and the Ellis family! We had the perfect site right next to the water. Barry brought his kayak and all of the dads and sons were able to go out on the lake. We cooked hotdogs and baked beans over the fire then roasted marshmellows. YUM! All of the guys went for a hike around the lake and left the girls to sit and talk around the campfire. Very relaxing.
We woke up the next morning to rain against the tents. It was a wonderful sound but we all were trying to figure out how to keep the kids dry while packing up the camp. In the end we were all soaked, but had a wonderful time. Can't wait to do it again soon!!
